Who are We

Founded by Datuk Kevin How in 2004, Kevin How & Co has become a key player in East Malaysia’s business landscape, with offices in Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, Tawau, Miri, and Bintulu, and an affiliated firm, KBCF Tan, in Labuan. This collaboration reinforces Kevin How & Co’s commitment to expanding its regional presence and service excellence.

On January 4, 2024, Kevin How & Co transitioned from a conventional partnership to a limited liability partnership, now known as Kevin How & Co PLT. Our team comprises individuals with diverse experiences gained from international firms, contributing to our rich cultural tapestry inherited from these esteemed organizations.

Kevin How & Co conducts its audit practices under the name of Kevin How & Co PLT. For its tax practices, the firm operates under the entities KH Tax Services Sdn. Bhd. in Sarawak and DST Tax Services Sdn. Bhd. in Sabah. These tax services firms are affiliate entities of Kevin How & Co PLT, collectively referred to as “Kevin How & Co” or simply KH & Co.

We are a licensed audit firm under the Companies Act 2016 and the Co-operative Societies Act 1993, as well as a licensed tax agent under Section 135 of the Income Tax Act 1967.
